The buildings of the Centre belong basically to two kinds: one is with a slender outline, high and thin, paneled with glass and iron, which increase the dynamism and lighten the weight of the facades; the other is solid, large and heavy, paneled with polychrome marbles or colored concrete, which emphasize the image of firmness. The effect of the overall view of the Centre springs from the harmonic alternation of the two building kinds, that also symbolize the essence of the companies housed therein: dynamic and solid, soaring upwards and firmly anchored to the bases, capable of inspiring enthusiasm and trust.

At the entrance of the Centre there are two towers, arranged at right angles and converging at the inside, symmetrically angled as regards to the longitudinal axis of the complex, in such a way as to create an interesting scenographic effect that invites to enter. The towers are provided with external panoramic lifts. The main boulevard, which extends from side to side of the Centre, is wide and is divided into lanes, separated by flowerbeds and by the passages leading to the underlying parkings.
